VP of Marketing and Business Development
This role involves developing a high-level marketing plan, forging partnerships, and concretizing new ideas as we strategically grow our rapidly growing portal in our key markets. Special consideration would be given to you if you have experience marketing websites successfully. You need to develop a solid roadmap to grow the portal into a multimillion dollar or billion dollar corporation in 3-5 years. Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry is a strong asset. Ability to communicate well with international site visitors and real estate companies would be an asset as well. Being multilingual would be useful. You also would need to develop content for the weekly newsletter.
Marketing and Business Development Executive
The incumbent would work closely with the VP of Marketing. Job would involve more direct interaction with real estate companies and agents for property listings, individuals to obtain For Sale By Owner(FSBO) listings, and real estate-related businesses for business listings later on. You would also need to think and work like a resourceful real estate agent and find buyers for our numerous properties in various countries. Online marketing skills including search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) would be handy. Ability to communicate well with international companies and site visitors especially those of Thailand, Turkey, Egypt, Malta, UAE/Dubai, India, Singapore and various European countries would be an asset. Being multilingual would be helpful.
